Bake in oven preheated to 180°C (160°C fan). Leave the foil lid on while baking to lock in moisture and keep the inside creamy.

• Small tray: 15-20 minutes
• Medium tray: 25-30 minutes
• Large tray: 35-40 minutes

For a crispy, golden top: Remove the foil lid for the last 5 minutes of baking.

Ensure the dish is piping hot throughout before serving.
